about the Designer
Hi, I’m Maritza.
I'm a South Florida interior designer with offices located in Coral Gables and Marco Island, and I create living spaces that are luxurious, functional, and suited to your life. I have a passion for excellence, and my process is simple: to create luxury design through an effortless and enjoyable, client-focused experience.
Our Design Process Is Simple
When it’s time to bring your modern, elegant, and timeless designs to life, contact us and experience the peace of mind and simple ease of our streamlined and client-focused method. Our process is seamlessly constructed with a comfortable client experience in mind so you can relax while we design a beautiful and functional home for you. From the first phone call, until the final pillow is placed, you can feel confident that we’re with you every step of the way!
1. Discovery Call
We’ll talk about your interior design project, budget, vision, and timelines. We’ll also answer any questions you have about our process.
2. Initial Consultation
During this one-hour in-home consultation, we'll talk about your space(s). We will discuss your needs and ways we can help. It's best to know what expectations you have so we can best serve you. You will also have access to our free guides that provide insight into design strategies and processes in addition to helping you to achieve your design goals. This will help you to understand more about how we work and give you some great insider tips!
3. Service Agreement
After the Initial Consultation, we prepare a Scope of Work and provide you with our contractual agreement. While this is not a proposal for the entire cost of the project, which will come after the design phase, it will outline our anticipated fees and compensation for procuring the furniture, fixtures, accessories, and project management based on the Scope of Work. A proposal for the entire cost of the project is provided when the needed floor plans, elevations, relevant custom drawings and a budget for furnishings and fixtures have been agreed upon.
4. Design Presentation
We’ve packed a lot of work into this phase of the process as it will encompass everything that falls between creating the designs and putting on those final touches. This includes the project launch, design creation, construction, approvals on all hard and soft goods, purchasing and procurement, installation, and adding or refining those finishing touches. There is also the added benefit of having a detail-oriented, single point of contact and project management from A-Z.
5. Reveal
This is the part we love; where we hear your breath catch and your heart skip a beat! It’s finally time to celebrate the design your lifestyle loves.
